Hi All, A quick update since it's been a little while. I installed the headlights this weekend. It took about 14 hours. They are mounted. Next is the electrical. Check it out: http://www.mytajgarage.com/HeadLights.html

I finally updated my website with some good info on the wiring of the engine compartment and the installation of the outer rockers.

She's finally starting to take shape. Motivation is high, as is the heat!

-Ken

Very well done Ken. Keep up the good work on documenting everything. I have no idea how you made those naerc side rockers fit the body, I couldn't make it look that good.
I see you want to install bumper boots, here is what I did.

Jim, I bought boots from Dom, but it looks like I won't be able to use them. They are not flexible and too wide. What a shame! What did you use? They look like they'd work for mine, too? -Ken

It is just duraglass built up on the surface and carved to shape with a file. I then sprayed it with rubberized rocker guard.
