they come from the w123 made from 75-86, some guys use the ones from the w126

Do you have part numbers for those latches? I assume that they work for the coupe as well (maybe not?).
I have two sets of latches but I don't remember what year they are out of (they were older MB's).

If you look on the latch itself you will see stamped on it what chassis that they are for
