Does anyone have a pic of the door's pin switch (activates dome light) mounted on the door. I see from the Lambostuff images it looks like a cover or plate mounts over or behind the switch. Any assistance is appreciated.

Hi,
I think a picture like this is what he is looking for . ( not my pics)
which show a backing plate the switches are mounted to.

| You can also use a mercury switch, most car stereo stores have them. It gets wired the same as Dales pic but you dont need to mess up the door or the jam, just mount it inside the door, and ajust it tell the light comes on went the door pops. |

Noticed that the doors have 2 switches each side. Dose any one know what the function is for the other switch?

Good idea but the car's motion will make it blink with the door shut. |

The other switch could be also be for the courtesy/warning lights in the door.

| Both of those pictures are of Roadsters , so it could be to isolate the window switches whilst the door is open - to prevent the glass being raised fully. |
